How do you feel about people being able to file bankruptcy? That’s a lot of debt that’s about to be wiped clean. Who ends up paying for it? Should there be some sort of cap to the amount in which you can erase? Should places like Neiman Marcus and Tiffany & Co. be allowed on the list?

TMZ is reporting that Toni just filed for Chapter 7 in Los Angeles (bankruptcy) and court papers have her worth between $1 -$10 million holding debt up to $50 million! That’s a lot of zeros!!!
